The room had blackout curtains. they overlapped SO no light came in. The bathroom was large. The bed was VERY comfy.
beds were way too soft. to the point they were UNCOMFORTABLE. pillows too hard. they were squashed in small pillow cases.

the staff was attentive and friendly! joe at the concierge desk was polite and helpful. the location had easy access to the tram.
The bedding was terrible! they did not use a fitted sheet for the bottom sheet and the flat sheet was too small for the king size bed we had. the sheet became loose. It was annoying!

My room had two bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and separate hand-held showerhead. I also found a hairdryer in one of the drawers (it worked well!).
The gym had limited hours, and it was not accessible early in the morning.
